While we utilize industry-standard protocols to maximize visibility on AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, etc.), we cannot guarantee specific ranking placements or citation rates, as these platforms operate on proprietary, non-deterministic algorithms.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are displayed on our Services page. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payments are processed securely through Square.
Full payment is required before service delivery begins.
Enterprise and custom projects may require a deposit, with the balance due upon completion.

4. Implementation and Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Starter Implementation (up to 10 pages): 5-7 business days.
Professional Implementation (up to 30 pages): 10-14 business days.

These timelines are estimates based on standard throughput. Enterprise and custom implementations require a rigorous verification process which may extend timelines to ensure quality. We will communicate any delays promptly.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all digital books and tools. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

5.2 Intelligence Reports (Audits and Analysis)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all intelligence reports. If you are not satisfied with the quality or accuracy of the report, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

5.3 Implementation Packages (Starter, Professional)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Starter and Professional implementation packages. If no measurable technical improvements are demonstrated via our GIST Algorithm AEO Analyzer verification tools within 30 days of project completion, you are eligible for a full refund. "Measurable technical improvements" includes any of the following: successful schema implementation, improved crawler accessibility, enhanced structured data coverage, or verified AI engine indexing.

5.4 Enterprise Implementations

Enterprise projects are non-refundable once the implementation phase has commenced, as significant custom work is performed. You may cancel before implementation begins for a full refund. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the project is incomplete.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you (audit reports, schema implementations, optimized content). We retain the right to reference the project in anonymized case studies unless you opt out in writing.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AEOfix, its owner, and any contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
